F2 Mini Goldendoodles - 3/23/06 Litter
Photo Gallery Home Page
There have been other "F2" mini litters produced by other breeders which were the result of crossing an F1B (3/4's Poodle) back to an F1B
(3/4's Poodle).  This, in all essence, is just reproducing an F1B (again 3/4's Poodle), but it is a short cut to producing something that can
technically be called an F2.  Fox Creek Farm's goal for each new generation is to better the breed in some way and to strive to create each
new generation getting closer to 50/50 Golden Retriever/Poodle . This litter is the product of an F1 mini and an F1B mini.  This renders a
mix resulting in 5/8 Poodle and 3/8 Golden Retriever vs. the shortcut that produces 6/8 Poodle and 2/8 Golden Retriever.  The result is a
more relaxed, less curly, easier to maintain coat.  The F1B to F1B shortcut produces a high maintenance, dense, curly, Poodle-like coat.
Randi produced a single pup in this litter.  The second litter arrived on 5/28/06 out of Emma and by Chester.

From his owners:

"He is a great dog. He's smart, loving,
diligent, but independent all at the same
time.  He loves other dogs, people,
cats, and kids young and old.  Thanks
for such a great pup!"
